Job

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for all of our web-pages
  • Lead the development of marketing plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the editorial and sales teams to create content and campaigns that generate leads and support sales objectives
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze realtor trends across socials and webpages 
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that spending is aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members

As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Triple.com, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate revenue. You will work closely with the executive team to identify new opportunities for growth and develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience in the realtor space. Your primary goal will be to establish our brand as a leader in the real estate industry. 

You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or online media industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams and budgets
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
