Job

Work directly with the CEO to take ownership of tasks: you can own as much as you can handle. A successful candidate will become the General Manager of their own vertical (effectively a “mini-CEO”). They will own the entire creative and operational processes for a specific domain. The apprenticeship model of this job requires that you be able to learn and live the skills you pick up from the team.

You

  • Although no prior experience is required, be humble and hungry
  • Exhibit “founder-level thinking,” i.e., “NO NPCs”
  • Demonstrated success (e.g., school, work, service) OR ability to ace our aptitude tests
  • Two critical areas of problem-solving:
  1. Content Creation: requires storytelling, visual design, and written communications
  2. Process Management: requires operational, financial, and managerial organization
  • As we need equal parts creative and analytical thinking, you must be able to both “invent it” and “get it done”
