Job

  • Manage a team of SDR’s
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives to reach the best realtors
  • Identify potential new sales opportunities and work directly with CEO
  • Build and maintain relationships with realtor partners and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to create content that drives traffic to our website

As a Sales Manager at our national online real estate magazine, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals. You will work closely with the editorial team and marketing team. This is a great opportunity if you want sales management experience with a crossover of marketing. You will also be working directly with the CEO.

You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, and other sales-related tools
  • Presentable on both the phone and video calls
