Job
- Manage a team of SDR’s
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives to reach the best realtors
- Identify potential new sales opportunities and work directly with CEO
- Build and maintain relationships with realtor partners and other stakeholders
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectives
- Collaborate with the editorial team to create content that drives traffic to our website
As a Sales Manager at our national online real estate magazine, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals. You will work closely with the editorial team and marketing team. This is a great opportunity if you want sales management experience with a crossover of marketing. You will also be working directly with the CEO.
You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, and other sales-related tools
- Presentable on both the phone and video calls
