Martha Perez has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and is a multi-million dollar producer. Her focus is on helping clients, especially veterans, utilize their military perks to buy or sell homes. Spanish-speaking clients will feel at ease working with Martha, as she speaks the language fluently. She also has a team of loan officers and title companies available to assist her clients. She has held executive positions in the Women's Council of Realtors® and is a passionate advocate for the veteran community. Martha volunteers at a local women's domestic violence shelter and, in partnership with The Texas Sentinels, provided a home to a local war hero who was injured in battle.
