Nick Glant has worked hard for almost twenty years to improve the residential real estate business by always striving for excellence. He championed a mission to set a new standard as the founder of NWG Real Estate in Seattle, leading the brokerage to surpass $500 million in revenue and become the top independent brokerage in WA. After switching to Compass Real Estate in 2018, Nick was a key part of building Compass's presence in the region. He has done well in his career, but he also does a lot of community service, which he stresses is important. Nick's leadership extends far beyond real estate as a Managing Broker, Board Trustee, and philanthropist, leaving a legacy of integrity and community impact.
