Colleen Kovach has over 14 years of experience as an associate broker. She graduated from the Realtor Institute and specializes in short sales and foreclosures. In 2001, Colleen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Old Dominion University and fell in love with Norfolk. She served in the Coast Guard on active duty for 7 years and is currently a Reserve officer. Colleen enjoys working with military families because she understands the stress of buying and selling quickly. She will handle all the details, scheduling contractors and repairs as needed.
