Jenn Smira

Jenn Smira is an executive vice president for Compass and head of the Jenn Smira Team. Her group has consistently been ranked as one of the Top Compass Teams in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as the #37 large team by The Wall Street Journal. Jenn was named Rookie of the Year in her first 12 months of employment, which led to the DCAR Board of Directors recognizing her as a Presidential Appointee in 2014. Along with her professional endeavors, Jenn is involved in numerous charitable causes in the community.
