LaDawn Sperling’s passion for looking into new listings, attending open houses, and researching neighborhoods began before she graduated. She invested in herself and became a licensed agent 9 years ago, and since then, she has been able to market and sell her clients’ homes while helping them adjust to the changes brought on by moving. LaDawn takes the time to understand her clients’ lifestyles and life goals, providing a real estate experience that meets their specific needs. She also devotes her time and resources to The Action Center, a nonprofit organization that helps the working poor and homeless in Jefferson County.
