Nico Marasco

Nico Marasco brings the eagerness of a budding young agent to the office every day. He began his career collaborating with his father Ralph, who became Omaha’s All-Time Sales Leader after closing over $900 million in deals. Despite having fewer than 10 years of experience, Nico learned from the best. He is an expert negotiator and a proactive buyer’s representative specialist. Nico never forgets to give back to the community, volunteering as a counselor at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and making a difference in the lives of future generations.
