Sara Coltharp

Sara Coltharp credits her expert negotiating abilities, finance skills and background in construction with giving her a leg up on the competition in the Austin real estate market. An Austin native who acquired her broker license in 2003, Sara is now a full-time agent for Coldwell Banker. Her honors are plentiful, including being named one of the Top 100 Realtors by RealTrends and one of the Top 500 by Platinum 50. She and her husband, Chris, have been married for nearly a quarter century. They have 2 daughters and 2 sons.
