Thomas Shoupe

For 18 years, Thomas Shoupe has dominated the single-family home, condo, business, and land sectors of the real estate market as a multi-million dollar annual sales producer.  His BA in Communications and Psychology has greatly helped him to serve in both North and South Carolina as a licensed real estate agent. When working for his former firm, he is in charge of all aspects of property administration, including marketing, leasing, hiring tenants, bookkeeping, hiring vendors, and repairs. In addition, he had also been a successful mentor, helping the team in charge of sales and property management achieve and surpass their quarterly and annual targets.
