Troy Benes

As a Nebraska native, Troy Benes is intimately familiar with the state and has an in-depth knowledge of the local market. Before even receiving his University of Nebraska business degree, he was already involved in real estate. Shortly after becoming an agent, Troy earned the Rookie of the Year Award, which opened the door to many more honors throughout his career. During his 17 years in the industry, he founded the Elite Nebraska Real Estate team, featuring talented brokers who quickly rose to become among the top in the nation.
